Happiness is a skill, like swimming or a musical instrument; it takes practice to learn it.
This system develops the skill of creating happiness. The book and exercises smooth out all the ups and downs in life and leave you with just lower ups and higher ups. This is done by giving you focused practice in creating happiness and improving your skill. It takes about 20 minutes of practice a day, can be done almost anywhere (including in bed, sitting on the bus, or walking) and eventually forms habits so that it becomes as effortless as walking and you do it without even thinking about it. The results are a habitually happy person. :)
I want to share those results with you. The book itself will improve your happiness with the knowledge it contains, and the exercises in the book are enough to get the full results with enough focus. Coaching can optionally be taken to guarantee that you remain focused. Coaching is not counseling, therapy or consulting, it's solely focused on developing skill, much like a sports coach motivates athletes to practice, or professional coaches inspire executives to take their job performance to the next level.
In fact, the majority of professional coaching consists of simply helping the person to find solutions they are happier with. In that same spirit, this book is primarily intended for those who are relatively happy, yet want to take things to the next level and become a top performer with that skill set... to go from sometimes happy to always happy.
Most people approach a skill with the idea of learning it just well enough to manage whatever they have to do. The problem with taking that approach with happiness is that you really don't need that much of it to get by in life. However, learning more than the bare minimum improves your life more than any other skill you could have.

You can read the first part of the book on the right if you wish.
If you want some history as to how and why the book was developed and the phases it went through you can also click here. The most frequent skepticism I hear is that it's not possible to be happy all the time. For example, in certain situations, you may be experiencing what you perceive as a negative emotion and feel bad. However, various emotions will always happen, like the changing weather, it's what you do with that emotion that leads to happiness or unhappiness. That said, those skeptics are right, you can still experience a brief flicker of unhappiness if you get into a surprising situation, but you will know "how" to sort that out in a short time, by reinforcing the habits for that particular situation. You will know "How to be happy" all the time. Also, if you take coaching, and the issues you bring up can't be resolved, you get all your money back. The only question I will ever have is what the difficulty is, and to be given the chance to coach you through it first. |

I'm looking to make $7 profit per copy of the book. In most places it's the cost of a meal eating out, or a few cups of tea, so if you can just consider you're buying me a meal or a few drinks in return for the time I put into this, that would be great. The biggest commitment here is going to be your time, and realistically you will need to commit to about 200 hours to get this end result with the stability to cover all situations. Of course you will see many immediate results and improvements early on, but some habits take more time to change.

Coaching
Working to achieve meaningful results with this book can take up to 200 hours time. It's one thing to know how to be happy all the time and another to achieve it. Although the exercises are fairly easy, and I will answer emails, some people may prefer to get intensive life coaching. If I feel I can help with the person and their situation and the price is right I can often make time for that.
