Hey there!  The book is simple to follow, but if you feel that there is something you aren't getting or that you stopped for some reason I want to know about it.  I want to make sure you get the results you were promised, and that you get over any hurdle which may appear.

It is great to have you back as I’ve always found your posts interesting and informative. I would also like to share my thoughts that is- Happiness is just a state of mind of what you are thinking. If you think positive then you'll definitely become happy.

Well said. Your state of mind is a part of your environment, and when you are making a pleasant environment "happen" in your surroundings, you are happy. Making positive things happen in your physical surroundings should be balanced into this also, in particular for those actions which will lead to a future you wish to make happen.
