Motivation and Values was the best chapter so far!

"Running the whole marathon (42,195 km) one day has been my faraway feature
dream since I started jogging about four years ago to get in shape and loose some
extra body fat.
Occasional jogging soon became regular running but participating in such a long
distance road race kept being kind of “unrealistic feature dream”.
Reading the book “How To Be Happy All the Time” by Mark Sweeney made a big
change at the way I was looking at stuff “I was only dreaming about”. The advices in
this great book are very clear, simple, understandable and easy to follow. My dreams
very fast became goals!!! Once you do this shift in your head prepare for a lot of
action. :) Only few weeks after finishing the book I found myself in a middle of serious
preparation for a marathon race which I successfully completed in May 2010.
The feeling of reaching a big goal is really a feeling of an overwhelming happiness.
I would like to thank Mark for his work and recommend this great book to everyone
who wants be a happier person tomorrow, it works :)
Life is better happy!"

"Just thinking about that (concept in the book) makes me happier!"

"I feel pretty positive while reading it. That's for sure :) Reminds me of how to get back on track to working my way up the ladder at work"

"Dear Mark, so far I'm on page 17 of your book. ... intellectually, (on the level of thought) your book is excellent thus far. I wish I could afford to buy 3 copies of it right now. ... Amazing how you're book begins by dealing with the thought level, is meant to encourage the reader to take action (effort) and is meant to lead to a positive emotion (Happiness). "
"I read a few more pages of your book and I stopped that the part where you talk about people loving the destination, but not the journey. What I profound insight on your part. I stopped there because it really struck a chord with me and I want to take some time to ponder over that one. I'm actually going to try to put into practice on a gradient. Thanks again for writing that down. I can really see how just that concept alone can be of help to people. I'm sure the rest of the book is packed with equally powerful insights. I'll continue reading it in a few days. I hope you're doing well and take care Mark. "

It will be my only needed reference book for life, Mark.
"Your book, is a miracle for me. It will, I have no doubt, as I follow what it says, change my life continually for the better. I like the fact that you have built into it how not to sabatoge oneself by not doing it. I really couldn't wait to begin before I'd finished the book, and it's really working!
It's been too long since I really wanted to improve. I 'thought' I wanted to, but had not been 'demanding improvement' for myself (until you gave me the questions in your previous email to me. I thank you for that, from the bottom of my heart, Mark.) When one knows that they're unhappy, they need to know they have the knowledge and power to make themselves happy. And, this book seems to have hit the mark!!
How To Be Happy All the Time is brilliant in simplicity! It is easy to understand and seems easy enough to do to bring health and healing back into my life, which I desperately needed. I consider it beyond price; it is a jewel. I will read and re-read it until I know it in my heart and do it automatically. In following what you say to do, I've already improved my outlook and, I feel like my body is healthier than it was before. It's ability to organize me by itself is incredible. It's worth time and money.
I am already enjoying my life once again (just in the reading of it), and it feels good to have some control over some important things for a change. The power in the words you've written is amazing. Knowing what to do to improve my health, my level of abundance, and to start loving life after so many years is the most precious gift. How do I say thank you? I do thank you, very much, for having written it and for publishing it. I am totally enthusiastic about it! You've shared yourself within it, making it truly special and unique. It sparkles with light.
I'm really having trouble containing all the words to describe what I think of it, Mark. I hope you will be able to use any statements as a testimonial, in any way you choose.
The book is truly impressive. It evokes action. The format and the writing is very well done. It is easy to understand and in the reading of it I've been motivated. How can I not be happy when I know what to do to stay this way now! It does deliver what the title promises - How to be happy all the time. I can and do testify to that. It is more than well done!"

I love the writing style as its almost like a conversation of lessons learned. The power of the small chapters is that it makes you think and it simple, clear, to the point and almost as if its an answer to the question you asked someone. Its an impressive book, more impressive second time around.

Your book "How to be happy all the time" is a joy to read, quite simple, precise, realistic and packs quite a punch. I recommend your book to anyone who wants to get out of the rut they are in by reading and actually applying...
I loved the way the different chapters were presented, very well written, it gives the impression that the author is actually speaking to the reader in person. :) I could actually imagine you say "Bzzzzt", lol.
I loved the "Useful beliefs and practices by category" because it reminded me so much of my mother, who taught me enough to mold me into this person I am today, apart from life's experiences and challenges too, lol. And that I must say, while reading, it brought back memories and I must say you touched a very special part of me.

I like the fact that its an easy read and gets right to the point. I also think the points are really clear and easy to understand. Not a lot of fluff like other self help books...

I like the book. You had to do a lot of soul searching to focus on the material you have used to compile this book. Very good job.

Well, finished the book, wait , no I didn’t, I’m stillworking on the exercises. : ) I finished reading the book. That’s better. WOW! Ireally don’t know what to say. I had togo back several times and read things again because I obviously didn’t getit. So, thinking about this, I decidedit was good, because I couldn’t just let it slide, I had to understand before Icould move on. If you did this onpurpose, you are a genius and I’m glad to have made your acquaintance. Otherwise, you stumbled onto something veryvaluable to the readers of your book.

I'm starting to put this behind me, which I didn't think was possible a few weeks ago. Thanks for the support and advice you gave me. The distinction you made between external and internal meaning helped to shift my thinking tremendously.

Based on all that I have observed in my long journey from the cosmos, I have only this conclusion to offer:
Happiness follows those who wear silly hats.
Hehe. I think maybe the trick is in the roots of all the words (which is something your book helped me realise).
So the final conclusion that I will ever conclude is that all conclusions are incorrect, as each conclusion assumes a beginning. Perhaps instead there is no beginning, no end, only this moment - and it's up to us to decide what to do with it.
I feel like I'm repeating verbatim all the art I've seen in the past, but as the wise sage once said:
- Monkey See, Monkey Do
I'm ready to move on to other problems I think.
